Brewed in the usual way with 70 degC water you'll taste a wonderfully sweet and full infusion.
For something different on a warm summer day, this Mizudashi Sencha tea is particularly suitable for a cold infusion . The tender leaves of this successful mix quickly give their constituents freely and form a wonderfully green , refreshing infusion.
To cold infuse this or any tea, simply place the loose tea or few teabags into a jug - use the same amounts as if you were brewing hot. Place in the fridge and leave for 8 - 12 hours. With this tea you'll experience a wonderfully refreshing cold green tea.
About Morimoto Mizudashi
The particularly light and delicate leaves of Tokujou Sencha harvest (the highest quality Sencha 1st harvest) , are separated using blown air from the heavier and more rigid leaves .
The shrub varieties Okumidori , Minami Sayaka and Yabukita form the main components of this particularly fine tea . These three shrub varieties were selected for this tea as when picked in the first harvest they are known to be highly aromatic and to produce a wonderful green infusion. Okumidori is particularly mild , Minami Sayaka has very sweet and fruity fragrance and the third bush, Yabukita is known for its digestive balance.
