Client Account Management

Each of our clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who gets to know you and your business, so can make real, focused, honest recommendations. We will never suggest a product or service unless we believe you require it; your needs are our main focus.
• Account Manager available via telephone or email, to answer your questions.

• 24hr access to our Support Portal, where our clients can track project progress, log support tickets and see where their monthly maintenance hours are being used.

• Once our client’s sites are live, a support retainer can be used towards bespoke changes, depending on what your business requires at the time

• Come to us for training, at no extra cost
