Each of our clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who gets to know you and your business, so can make real, focused, honest recommendations. We will never suggest a product or service unless we believe you require it; your needs are our main focus.
• Account Manager available via telephone or email, to answer your questions.• 24hr access to our Support Portal, where our clients can track project progress, log support tickets and see where their monthly maintenance hours are being used.
• Once our client’s sites are live, a support retainer can be used towards bespoke changes, depending on what your business requires at the time
• Come to us for training, at no extra cost
